Bel-Jean Course Packets are a fast and cost effective way to streamline your course materials at no cost to you or your department. Create your own textbook, customized to the specific needs of your course using copyrighted articles and book chapters, your own notes or power point slides, study guide questions--anything you want to include. You will get a complimentary copy of your packet along with coupons for free copies in our shop. Your students will be able to purchase their packets at our convenient location downtown just across from the UGA Arches. We are open seven days a week so your students will be able to come to class prepared.
There are a few simple steps to get your packet started:
- If you have copyrighted material in your packet, we need the citation information for the articles and chapters you want to use so that we can get permission from the rightsholders.
- You can either give us your original books and articles, copies of your materials, or digital files. Note that the closer we can get to the original source, the better the final product will be for your students.
- You will have to make a few decisions with regard to the copying and binding of your packet. Click on the Download Submission Form below for a quick and easy way to get your order started.
- Once you have all of your materials ready to go, you can either bring them in to the store or have us come to your office to pick them up. Call us or send an email to campusrep@bel-jean.com and we will take care of the rest.

Bel-Jean Copy/Print is now offering to copy your course syllabus for FREE. Just email your syllabus (8 pages or less) to campusrep@bel-jean.com or drop it by our store. We'll give you the copies you need at no charge. What could be easier?

Study Abroad
Are your studying abroad and looking for a Bel-Jean course packet?
We currently prepare course packets for studies abroad programs
through the University of
Georgia and the American Universities International Programs
(AUIP). By clicking on the Find Out More button below, you
can find out which packets are currently available (the list is
updated daily). You can also place an order for the packets that
you need. Note that if you are in Athens, you do not need to place an order from the
order page--just come in to our store to pick up your
materials. All other students who need their packets mailed to
them, place your order by clicking on the Find Out More button
below.

What is a Bel-Jean Course Packet?
Bel-Jean course packets are customized class materials designed specifically for your class by your professor. Your packet will include items such as lecture notes, articles, assignments, and course instructions. Packets are specific to your class and the semester in which the class is taught. All packets contain a coupon page that can be used for reduced price copies on your personal copy jobs, class projects, or club materials.
How do I get my Bel-Jean course packet?
Come by Bel-Jean Copy/Print Center to pick up your packet. You just need to know your class name and your professor's last name. Our staff will pull your packet for you and have you on your way in a matter of minutes. We are open seven days a week for your convenience. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express as well as cash and checks. Note for students who do not live in Athens: We can mail your class packet to you. Just send an email to our Campus Representative or call us and we will get your packet in the mail right away.
